Destressing From Life


Everyone has a different activity that helps them destress. My activity is shopping whether it be online or in stores, it just makes me feel better. Retail therapy is literally so amazing. No matter how down I am, it always manages to make me feel better. Though I have yet to determine why shopping helps me unload the burden, but for now I know it helps. 

What do you do to help your body relieve its stress?
